Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

RentalsNetherlands is an online service that aggregates rental listings in the Netherlands and helps you build your application file. The service detects listings published on public sources, notifies its members and links back to the source: it does not republish listings and is not their author.

2. Status

RentalsNetherlands is neither a real estate agency, nor a broker, nor an agent. It guarantees neither that you will obtain housing, nor the accuracy, availability or lawfulness of the listings, which come from third parties.

3. Account

Access to member features requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Price, payment and length of access

Full access is bought with A SINGLE PAYMENT of 29 € including all taxes, which opens 3 months of access from the payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and no later charge: when the period ends, access closes by itself. Browsing listings remains free. Payment is handled by our provider Stripe; we never store card details.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason. By buying access you expressly ask us to start performing the service immediately, before that period ends: if you then withdraw, you still owe the amount corresponding to what has already been supplied, calculated pro rata, and the remainder is refunded within fourteen days. To exercise this right, write to info@rentalsnetherlands.nl with an unambiguous statement, or use the model withdrawal form set out below.

6. Permitted use

The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Extracting, copying, reselling, automating access to the content or building a competing database is prohibited.

7. Liability

The service is provided «as is». RentalsNetherlands cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of the listings, nor for the content of third-party sources.

8. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law, the law of the publisher's registered office, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the EU country where you live. If something goes wrong, write to us first at info@rentalsnetherlands.nl: we answer every complaint. Failing agreement, the competent courts may be seised.

10. Model withdrawal form

To C2V Distribution SRL, info@rentalsnetherlands.nl: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of RentalsNetherlands access. Ordered on (date). Consumer's name. Consumer's address. Date. You may copy this text into an email: no particular form is required, and an unambiguous statement is enough.
